Rates & Conditions
Rates include VAT and are charged per room, including breakfast, for a maximum of two guests.
A government levy of $5 per person, per night is charged separately.

Check-in: 2:00 pm | Check-out: 11:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and charged at 50% of the room rate.

Rooms are reserved for a maximum of two guests. Additional persons are not permitted unless approved in advance by management and may incur supplementary charges.

Child Policy
Children are welcome in our restaurant; however, our hotel facilities operate on an adults-only basis and are reserved for guests aged 15 years and above.

Meal Plans
Standard Rate — Includes gourmet breakfast.
Half Board — $50 per person, per night (includes dinner).
Full Board — $65 per person, per night (includes lunch and dinner).

Included in our Half Board and Full Board Packages are:

Guest Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the hotel or shared areas unless pre-approved by management.
A corkage fee may apply to approved beverages. If you are missing an item or require something specific, our team will be happy to assist.

Payment & Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Full payment may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the selected rate plan.
All incidental charges must be settled prior to departure.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.
No refunds are issued on or after arrival, as rooms and facilities are thoroughly documented prior to check-in.
In the event of a no-show, the full value of the reservation will be charged in accordance with this policy.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor areas.
A deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in prohibited areas.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Damage & Loss Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or loss of items during their stay.
Charges may be applied to the registered payment method following inspection.

Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property, with the exception of certified service animals where required by law.

Noise & Comfort Policy
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours apply between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Disturbances may result in management intervention or eviction without refund.

Health & Safety Notice
Guests use hotel facilities, pools, and outdoor areas at their own risk.
Please follow posted safety guidance and staff instructions at all times.
